The stone built croft-house is now a spacious family eco-cottage, suitable for those with limited mobility. Special features include underfloor heating, an open fire and a kitchen stove. Other perks include the two glazed seating areas, the piano for a romantic evening, and the double EV charger. This functional, homey, well-equipped and spacious accommodation is the perfect coastal hideaway.

The large farmhouse kitchen offers all mod cons for self-catering in a stylish setting, with a long table to fit everyone around and a log stove (logs provided!). We have fitted extra fridge storage and an induction cooker to make holiday cooking a pleasure.
The cosy sitting room boasts an open fire around which to pass the evening. The conservatory dining area and sun porch showcase the West of Scotland scenery. Not to mention the varied wildlife!
The bedrooms are split between floors: two downstairs and two up. All are comfortably furnished with neutral decor and white linen. There are three modern shower rooms, all with large showers and one with a bath.
A holiday home with heart, Lerigoligan uses solar panels to heat the water and an air-source heat pump to provide underfloor heating. We have also fitted eco-laundry equipment. The whole ground floor has good accessibility.
The house is well removed from the main road, leaving kids safe to roam freely in the 2.5 acre garden. There is lots of outdoor seating for you to enjoy in fine weather.

Don’t fancy cooking? Meals can be requested in advance from our housekeeper, Dawn Stewart. Fantastic quality and reasonably priced, you can have one or all of your meals pre-prepared and delivered to the cottage. Why not ask Dawn to prepare a fish pie, a chicken pie or a lasagna for you to warm up and eat on your arrival evening? Or she could provide meals or cater for a dinner party on other days, too. A fish pie will cost about £5 per head but phone for more details. They are well-versed in special dietary requirements and particularly vegan and vegetarian food.

“Lerigoligan …. We always feel that we’ve come home when we return each year. From the minute we arrive and have unpacked we start to relax, that is until the Tesco delivery van makes it up the hill. The house is spacious and comfortable. The sun room is a favourite place to watch the weather moving down the loch and to see the wildlife round the bird feeders, many different birds, red squirrels and on one occasion a Pine Marten.There are many walks from the door and further on down the Craignish Peninsula.
